We are responding to the recent events surrounding the COVID-19 and want to make sure that we maintain a health safety at our restaurant and mobile location for our staff and customers.

Alternative service methods are already in place to handle walk-up, pickup/to-go, and delivery with the closure of dining room in accordance with the State of Colorado restaurant policies.

Following are additional steps that we are taking at our location:

• More frequent wipe-down and sanitation of high touch areas
• Increased education of employees about safe cooking and serving procedures
• Increase promotion of order ahead for pickup and delivery services
• Implementation of a mobile ordering app
